Utilize our internal database, online platforms, and global sourcing partners to identify potential candidates. Pre-screening includes background checks, interviews, and qualification validation. -
Shortlisting & Interviews
Share shortlisted candidates with the employer for interviews. We arrange video, phone, or in-person interviews as required. -
Job Offer & Documentation
Facilitate the job offer, salary negotiation, employment contract, visa processing, and travel arrangements. -
Onboarding & Follow-up
Ensure smooth onboarding in the UAE and stay in touch with both employer and employee for post-placement support.

A placement fee is applicable per candidate hired.

Payment terms: 50% advance on confirmation, balance on successful placement.
