Our Recruitment Process

We follow a structured, transparent process to match the right talent with the right opportunity:

  1. Client Consultation
    Understand the employer’s business needs, job roles, skill requirements, and timelines.

  2. Sourcing & Screening
    Utilize our internal database, online platforms, and global sourcing partners to identify potential candidates. Pre-screening includes background checks, interviews, and qualification validation.

  3. Shortlisting & Interviews
    Share shortlisted candidates with the employer for interviews. We arrange video, phone, or in-person interviews as required.

  4. Job Offer & Documentation
    Facilitate the job offer, salary negotiation, employment contract, visa processing, and travel arrangements.

  5. Onboarding & Follow-up
    Ensure smooth onboarding in the UAE and stay in touch with both employer and employee for post-placement support.

Terms & Conditions for Employers

  1. Recruitment Fees

    • A placement fee is applicable per candidate hired.

    • Fees may vary based on job level, industry, and nationality.

    • Payment terms: 50% advance on confirmation, balance on successful placement.

  2. Replacement Guarantee

    • Free replacement within 90 days if the candidate leaves or is found unfit for the role, subject to cause.

  3. Job Description

    • Clear JD must be provided for each position.

    • Includes roles, responsibilities, salary range, working hours, and benefits.

  4. Legal Compliance

    • Employer must ensure all employment terms comply with UAE labor law.

    • Work visa, insurance, and accommodation (if included) must be provided.

  5. Confidentiality

    • All shared candidate information must be kept confidential and used strictly for recruitment.

Terms & Conditions for Employees

  1. Job Placement

    • We do not charge candidates for job placement (unless permitted under specific bilateral agreements).

    • All recruitment is done transparently and in line with UAE labor laws.

  2. Employment Contract

    • The candidate will receive an official job offer and labor contract prior to deployment.

    • Candidates are advised to verify terms (salary, leave, benefits, etc.) before signing.

  3. Pre-departure Briefing

    • We provide guidance on UAE work culture, legal rights, and job expectations.

  4. Visa & Travel

    • Visa processing is handled by the employer.

    • Travel arrangements are typically employer-sponsored unless stated otherwise.

  5. Post-arrival Support

    • We remain available for support during the transition period and up to 3 months after placement.
